The second largest shareholder of Sinofert is Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. (“PotashCorp”), which is the largest potash producer in the world. Sinochem Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Sinochem Fertilizer”) and Sinochem Fertilizer (Overseas) holdings Ltd. are both under the full ownership of Sinofert Holdings Ltd, implementing domestic and overseas fertilizer business respectively.
