Sinofert Holdings Limited (‘Sinofert’) was recently informed by Hang Seng Indexes Company Limited that Sinofert has been selected as a constituent member of ‘Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Benchmark Index’, with effect from 10 September 2012.

Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index Series focus on those companies that perform strongly with regard to corporate sustainability. Hang Seng index series’ constituent selection is based on a robust process and includes listed companies that perform well in environmental，social and corporate governance.

     Being a constituent member of this index series reflects that Sinofert’s high environmental, social and corporate governance standards and strong sustainability have been highly recognized by the capital market.
